Limited Partner Reports

The Fund will send all Members after the end of each calendar year financial statements audited by the Fund’s independent accountants.  At the end of each calendar year, each Member will be furnished certain tax information for preparation of their respective tax returns.  Each Member will also receive  monthly or quarterly progress reports and certain other reports as the General Member may deem appropriate.
