O. CLEMENT KNIGHT is the Managing Member of the Manager of the Fund and the affiliated investment advisor. Mr. Knight has over 25 years’ experience in the securities Industry. Accomplished in capital markets, investment banking, and private wealth management. Providing clients with a proprietary strategy that delivers keen insight into market dynamics and individual characteristics of equities, debt, and alternative investments. Taking pride in anticipating needs, problem solving, and executing our commitments to public and private clients alike. Mr. Knight has used micro and macro trends to develop strategies that seek to capitalize on broad market shifts. Mr. Knight has been able to help clients gain access to a platform that offers retail investors many of the same opportunities as institutional investors. Mr. Knight was appointed as the Director of Ozmarq Holdings LTD in September of 2020. Mr. Knight holds a majority membership interest in both Ozmarq Holdings LTD and OHL Automation Anywhere, LLC.
